Cabernet Sauvignon 2001


Appellation : Vin de Pays d'Oc.

Grape Varieties : Cabernet-Sauvignon 100 %.

Vinification : The tannins and color were extracted through fortifying and lightening. Maceration lasted 25 days. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels.

Bottled on 17 March 2003. The wine is non-clarified and has only gone through Slight filtering.

Presentation :0.75 l Bordeaux traditional-style bottle with an antique tint.

Packaging : Boxes of 6 bottles lying on their sides.

Tasting : Deep red color. Intense nose with spices and mocha. A full attack in the mouth. These spicy flavors were tasted again in the middle of the palate. The noticeable tannins have substance, giving an impression of volume. There is a slight taste of vanilla at the finish which was obtained during maturation.
