" Lou Pedregal " in Occitan means pile of stones and is the name of the place where the plot is located. This one is 25 years old.
Vinification
:Cold maceration for 6 days prior to fermentation. The tannins and color were extracted only using manual measurements, allowing the matter to be gently removed. Fermentation lasted 25 days. 80 % of the wine's volume matured in vats while 20 % matured in barrels.
Bottled on 17 March 2003. This is a non-clarified wine that has only gone through Slight filtering.
Presentation
: 0.75 l Bordeaux seduction -type bottle with an antique black tint.
Packaging : Boxes of 6 bottles lying on their sides.
Tasting : There is a scent of ripe fruit in the nose, along with spices and the garrigue. The attack in the mouth is round and fruity, accompanied by a nice acidity. The tannins are silky and smooth which make it fresh and delicious.
