: Vin de Pays d'Oc.
Grape Varieties
: 60 % Sauvignon, 40 % Chardonnay.
Vinification
: : Pellicular maceration in the press for approximately 10 hours for Sauvignon.
Bottled on 17 March 2003.
Presentation
: 0.75 l Bordeaux tradition -type bottle with an antique tint.
Packaging : Boxes of 6 bottles lying on their sides.
Tasting : Bright yellow color. The first scent gives us hints of citrus fruit : grapefruit and lemon with a slight pinch of nutmeg, provided by the Sauvignon. After swirling hints of pineapple, typical of our Chardonnays, appear. The attack in the mouth is very lively and continues through the middle of tasting with hints of ripe fruit. The finish is both lemony and buttery.
